Exercise is a natural and effective anti-anxiety treatment. It boosts physical and mental energy and enhances wellbeing through the release of endorphins. Anything that gets you moving can help.
Being active does not mean doing sport or going to a gym, there are many ways to be active, find the one that works for you.
We all have mental health, just like physical health. Good mental health is about feeling positive about our lives and ourselves as well as being able to cope with problems when they happen.
We are here for you all, if you would like any help, advice or someone to talk to, please speak to a trusted adult at home or at school.
If you worried about yourself or a friend, you can also talk to one of the safeguarding team, or email safeguarding@fairlandsmiddleschool.co.uk
